We ship all items the "Best Way" available for each item. AmericasBuyingGroup.com will accept return for any item, purchased from us, in new, unused & unopened condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping charges.If your purchased item is not functioning properly please call our Service Department (1-800-799-9471), as soon as possible, during normal business hours. All items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. In most cases our Support Personnel will be able to assist you in diagnosing and resolving item problems.
When we determine that a product is defective, we will replace the product for another of the same item (even exchange), as soon as possible, subject to availability. Replacements are shipped within 5 days of inspection by our Returns Department. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs to ship item(s) back to AmericasBuyingGroup.com.
